Hotel is big.
The great thing is location in the heart of the city. Spagna district is worth your attention. The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated, with central heating, an ironing set, and coffee/tea making equipment.

The location was absolutely perfect: a market and shops were within walking distance. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

The smoked meat at Dilla was next level, a must-try! Plus, our room was a luxurious blend of modern design and Roman charm-comfy beds were good after a day of wandering around all the designer boutiques nearby.
All was going well until leaving time, when I was locked out in the heat awaiting staff assistance. Emanuelle's after-call apology did little to brighten that experience-it left me quite frustrated.

Really good hospitality throughout my stay. Franco and Emanuele greeted me upon arrival and made a point to ensure I felt welcomed. The hotel sits right on Piazza di Spagna, including the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. My room, a Beautiful Double Room, was well-appointed and comfortable. The bedding was luxurious, and the modern shower. Although there isn't a traditional breakfast service, the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and numerous cafes are just steps away. One downside was that there were limited power outlets in the room, made charging devices a bit inconvenient. The staff's attentiveness compensated for this minor issue. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and personal experience in Rome.

Franco and Emanuele treated us like family! The King Suite with Balcony was spacious and beautifully appointed. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Just a heads-up, access can be tricky if you're arriving late. Can't wait to return!
